Kneeboard Flight Planning
Four A5 sheets for the kneeboard: sheet A with flight data, times and a notes field, sheet B additionally with a nav log and radio frequencies, sheet C as a reference card with the legend and the working, sheet D on the question of which time goes in which book. Transponder codes and frequencies appear on both form sheets.
In the print dialog select A5 and Margins: none and scale 100%. On A4 paper, print 2 pages per sheet in landscape and cut down the middle, which gives two true-to-size A5 sheets.
